This policy explains what we collect through dreamonsail.com, the Dream On Concierge (our AI chat assistant) and our agent endpoint for AI assistants (dreamonsail.com/mcp), and how we use it. Questions or requests: owner@dreamoncharter.com.
What we collect
When you chat with the Dream On Concierge: your email address (required to start), your name if you give it, whether you opt in to news about future seasons, the conversation itself, the details you share (such as dates, party size, occasion and preferences), any hold request or question you ask us to pass on, and your approximate location (country/city) and IP address from your connection.
When an AI assistant uses our agent endpoint: the requests it makes (for example dates checked, party size, estimates and hold requests), the assistant's name and version, approximate location and IP address, and any contact details the assistant includes.
When you email us: your email address and message.
We do not collect payment details. Charter contracts and payments are handled only by our clearing house, Paradise Yacht Clearing.
How we use it
To answer your questions, check availability, prepare estimates at our published rates, pass hold requests to Paradise Yacht Clearing, follow up with you personally, understand which dates are in demand, and improve the site. If you opt in, we may email you about future seasons and open weeks; you can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with
Anthropic processes Concierge conversations to generate replies, under its commercial terms, which do not allow it to use them to train its models. Netlify hosts the website and stores the data. Paradise Yacht Clearing receives your name, contact details, dates and party size when you request a hold. If you tell us you are working with a broker or travel advisor, we may share your request with them. We do not sell personal information or share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Conversations and request logs: up to 24 months. Contact details: until you ask us to delete them or unsubscribe. Booking records are kept as required by your charter contract and applicable law.
Your choices
Email owner@dreamoncharter.com to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop marketing emails.
About the AI concierge
The Dream On Concierge is an AI assistant. It answers only from the information on this website, can make mistakes, and cannot confirm bookings — a charter is confirmed only when the charter contract is signed through Paradise Yacht Clearing.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 18.
