Captain Rob

Born and raised in Australia, Rob has had a passion for the ocean for as long as he can remember — fishing, boating, snorkelling, wakeboarding, and jet skiing were simply part of growing up.

After completing a degree in International Business, Rob stepped away from the corporate world to travel — and the sea found him. Since 2014 he has been skippering and working aboard sailboats and superyachts, with time in Greece, Croatia, Italy, Malta, France, the Grenadines, and Tahiti.

Guests consistently describe Rob as calm, confident, and deeply knowledgeable — guiding Dream On effortlessly to the next stunning anchorage or snorkel spot while making every moment feel effortless. A certified ski instructor on three continents, that same mix of precision, patience, and infectious enthusiasm comes with him on every charter.

Board Dream On, settle in, and set sail. Norman Island — "The Caves" snorkelling, legendary snorkel sites, and the famous floating bar. First flybridge sundowners.

The Bight → Salt Island · RMS Rhone

Snorkel or arrange a rendezvous dive on the RMS Rhone — one of the Caribbean's top sites. Anchor off tranquil Cooper Island for an afternoon of sea scooters.

Cooper Island → Virgin Gorda · The Baths

The BVI's most iconic stop. Explore the boulder grottoes of The Baths, then retreat to the North Sound for anchorage and a dinghy dinner on the beach.
