Born and raised in Australia, Rob has had a passion for the ocean for as long as he can remember — fishing, boating, snorkelling, wakeboarding, and jet skiing were simply part of growing up.
After completing a degree in International Business, Rob stepped away from the corporate world to travel — and the sea found him. Since 2014 he has been skippering and working aboard sailboats and superyachts, with time in Greece, Croatia, Italy, Malta, France, the Grenadines, and Tahiti.

Best Christmas Ever!!! This trip was amazing! Our family enjoyed every day and made so many wonderful memories we will always treasure. Peter Island was our favorite stop — the snorkeling was the best! So many fish and even a spotted eagle ray. We loved going to Willy T's and jumping off the boat. Our captain, Rob, was so good and took great care of us.
Our family couldn't have asked for a more magical way to explore the BVI. Rob has a gift for finding the perfect spot to moor and we were lucky enough to see so many turtles & tropical fish. Rob's love for being a captain is evident in the way he explains each new place, the planning he puts into choosing a location, the ease with which he maneuvers the boat — not to mention his expertise in making delicious cocktails.
Rob always managed to pick the best spots and showed us the magic of the BVI. Peter Island was one of the highlights, where we all got to swim with the turtles.

Snorkel or arrange a rendezvous dive on the RMS Rhone — one of the Caribbean's top sites. Anchor off tranquil Cooper Island for an afternoon of sea scooters.
The BVI's most iconic stop. Explore the boulder grottoes of The Baths, then retreat to the North Sound for anchorage and a dinghy dinner on the beach.

A 7-night charter includes 7 breakfasts, 5 lunches, and 5 dinners prepared by Chef Julia, plus all snacks and afternoon treats. Beverages include premium wines and spirits from our standard selection, all non-alcoholic drinks, specialty coffees, cold brew, and iced drinks. Specialty spirit upgrades or larger quantities of premium selections are available at additional cost. Fuel for standard cruising, BVI cruising and national parks permits, all water toys, snorkel gear, and underwater camera are included. The only extras are flights, rendezvous diving, specialty provisioning, and customary crew gratuity (15–20%).
Demand for quality crewed catamarans like Dream On significantly outstrips supply. Peak season dates (December through April) routinely book 6–12 months in advance. We recommend booking as early as possible. If you're not quite ready to commit, use the complimentary 24-hour hold to lock in your dates while you finalise plans — no payment required.
None at all. Dream On is fully crewed — Captain Rob handles all sailing, navigation, and anchoring. You're free to sit back and enjoy. That said, many guests love getting involved — trimming sails, taking the helm for a stretch, or learning about the islands. Rob is happy to teach as much or as little as you like.
Absolutely, and with great enthusiasm. Before your charter, Julia sends a comprehensive preference form covering dietary restrictions, allergies, cuisines you love, beverages you prefer, and any special occasions or celebrations. Whether you're vegan, gluten-free, pescatarian, or simply have a deep love for a particular dish — she builds your entire menu around your group. No preset programmes here.
The minimum is 5 nights — enough to visit Norman Island, The Baths at Virgin Gorda, and Jost Van Dyke. Most guests choose 7 nights for a more relaxed pace, with time to visit Anegada. Captain Rob will design the perfect itinerary for whatever duration works for your group.

Dream On's Starlink satellite system delivers the best internet connectivity available at sea — capable of video calls, streaming, and remote work across virtually all BVI anchorages. That said, we gently encourage being present. The BVI has a way of making screens feel irrelevant. Both choices are perfectly valid — we just make sure you have the option.
